Over the years, many suppliers have approached licensees to sell their products through the Fill Station® Pillow Kiosk without an approval that causes an unfavorable liability to both the retailer and the legal sole supplier of the Fill Station® brand.
All shells, filler, and other products used through the Fill Station® Pillow Kiosk’s supply chain must be approved for quality standards, negotiations, testing, and on-boarding. All direct distribution needs of products must have Fill Station’s approval and license amendments for financial cooperation.
If a Supplier is seeking an approval for a product, or a licensee wants an approval on behalf of the supplier’s product, the supplier or licensee must visit our public Supplier’s Page to start the approval process. All approvals or rejections are all in writing, documented, and archived in our network.

License Enforcement of Agreement:
X. APPROVED EQUIPMENT, MATERIALS AND SUPPLIES
- A. All equipment, materials, supplies and/or services directly related to the Kiosk and the Products (including, without limitation, pillow shells, fillers and packaging) must be purchased solely from suppliers approved and designated by Licensor. Licensor may designate any supplier, including itself or its affiliate, as the sole supplier of any goods, products, supplies or services related to the Fill Station Kiosk and/or the Products. Licensee agrees to pay promptly the prices as set forth in the supplier’s order sheet or catalog for all items purchased from such supplier. Licensee acknowledges that prices charged by Licensor or its affiliate(s) to Licensee may include a profit to Licensor and its affiliate(s). Licensor also reserves the right to negotiate and receive, for its own account and without any compensation or liability to Licensee, rebates or other consideration from designated or approved suppliers based on or as a result of Licensee’s purchases of equipment, materials, supplies and/or services related to the Products and/or the Kiosk.
- Approved Products. Licensee shall: (i) manufacture and sell the Products using only approved materials, supplies and packaging; (ii) manufacture, sell and display at and from the Kiosk only the Products that Licensor authorizes from time to time; and (iii) make any Product changes that Licensor reasonably requires within the time period Licensor specifies.
- No Competitive Products. During the Term of this Agreement, Licensee must not obtain, use, display or sell at or from the Kiosk or otherwise in connection with the Existing Business any products that are the same as or competitive with the Products (i) in circumstances where there is (or may become through use) a reasonable risk of such products being passed off as, or confused by a consumer as products supplied, manufactured, or marketed by, or originating from or otherwise being products that have or are likely to have the sponsorship, endorsement or approval of, Licensor and/or its affiliates; or (ii) if such product(s) are manufactured, constructed, created, or designed “on-site” for the customer.
