Are the fillers Allergy Free?
Poly foam, memory foam, and buckwheat, and latex are hypoallergenic.
Goose Down Feathers can cause allergic reactions in some people. It is not the down that does this however, but rather it is the dust particles remaining on the down after washing and processing. Having the protectors on the pillows will make them more allergy free.TALALAY Latex goes through a very extensive cleaning process. This process strips away the protein that causes allergies. -
How long does it take to build a pillow?
Usually, It takes less than 5 minutes. The great experience is watching while your pillow is built, and testing it afterwards to see if it’s the right firmness.

Why can’t I buy this online?
When you are having a pillow customized, it is important to feel, lie down on it, and test.

Why are your pillows so heavy?

A Medical Partner, such as Chiropractor or Physical Therapist can help you decide if a Fill Station® Pillow can help your neck pain. After you receive adjustments from a professional, they want to make sure you are getting adequate amount of support after leaving their office.

As any pillow, fillers will condense down, and cling together. Our Fill Station® Machine separates the fillers, so that you have a healthy pillow.

How does the Fill Station® E-Gift Card work?
When you make your purchase online, an email is sent to you and the person who you bought it for. When they decide to redeem the E-Gift Card, they can use it any Fill Station® Pillow Kiosk.

Can you give me an example on how you charge?
Example: You pay for the Fill Station® Zipper Pillow Shell that is $20. If you build the pillow with with 2 pounds of Goose Down Feathers, it is $9 a pound. $20 + $9 + $9 = $38.

How often should I adjust my Fill Station® Pillow?
There may be many reasons why you want to have your pillow adjusted. The following is are examples:
- You have a surgery.
- You buy a new mattress. Your shoulder may drop at a different level, so your pillow may need some added or taken out.
- After an adjustment at a Chiropractor.
- Changes to your body.

Can I bring my kid anytime to build a pillow?
Yes. We have character zipper pillow shells available for them to build their special pillow.

Can I use filler from my current pillow to save money?
No.

Why should I buy a Fill Station® Pillow over other pillows?
When you purchase a pillow from other stores, they can go flat in less than 6 months. The Fill Station® Pillow has a zipper, so that it can be Re-Fluffed for free in the Fill Station® Pillow Kiosk.

Why do I need to register my pillow?
Registering your pillow, will allow Fill Station Group, LLC to add you to the network of future Fill Station Pillow Kiosks. This will allow you to have your pillow serviced at all Fill Station Pillow Kiosks. Your registration will give other Fill Station Licensees info about your pillow.
Plus, your registration activates your Free 5 Year Re-Fluffing & Adjustment Guarantee.

What if I take out filler? Do I get the difference back?
No. The adjustment is free, and you can keep the filler that we remove in case you want to add it back later.

Can I bring my Fill Station Pillow in as often as I need for Re-Fluffing?
Yes. You can bring your pillow in for re-fluffing as many times as you need. All Fill Station® Pillows must have our pillow protectors on them for this service.

Can you mix fillers?
Yes. You can build a pillow to suit your unique preferences.

How do I know which filler to get?
In a Fill Station Pillow Kiosk showroom, you will have demos to test. You can lie down on a mattress with the demo pillow to test for support, comfort, and firmness. After you tested, you can decide to add or subtract filler. After the pillow is built, you can test for firmness. If you need more added or taken out, you can do that too.

How do you control the firmness of the pillow?
The more material you add to your fillable pillow shell, the firmer the pillow will become.

What is the Zipper Pillow Shell?
The Zipper Pillow Shell is the outer cover that holds the filler.

How do you charge?
Fill Station Pillows are priced based on the cost of the Zipper Pillow Shell plus the cost of your choice of filler materials and weight of materials.
